Payments are made via Stripe.
Delivery is in within 3 working days via Royal Mail. If after this the goods are lost or damaged in transit please inform us immediately so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company.
If your item is not in stock, we will email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until re stocking.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a refund less postage costs. Please contact us by email. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. When returning the goods please take out enough postal insurance to cover the value of the goods.
Any health products returned should be in saleable condition and should not have been opened. Any item of clothing should not have been worn apart from trying it on. If it doesn’t fit and this is the reason for the return, returns can only be accepted if the item has been re packaged in the original unspoiled packaging.
If your item is damaged we will ask you to return it to us or we will send a replacement part or product, you must report damages within 24 hours of receiving your product and refunds will be given once the product has been returned and inspected, if the product is found to be faulty you will receive a full refund including postage costs, if the product is not faulty we will refund you less the postage costs.
These terms apply to your order. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
